+ 80s does 20s, Made in India!! I just love the felt appliques on the front, and the symmetrical bead detail throughout.
+ Dress is in fair condition. There are many loose strands of beads throughout, so I would wear cautiously. I think of this more as a collector's piece, but if it fit me, I WOULD wear it. I would just know that it would lose some beads throughout the night. The left leg hem has an intentional slit, but it has torn up the leg a bit more than the original cut.
